Ms. Diament joined Teplisky, Colson LLP in 2009 as an associate and is a member of Mr. Roher's litigation practice group.

Ms. Diament completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography at McMaster University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. She was called to the Bar in 2007.

While at law school, Ms. Diament was involved in the University of Windsor Mediation Services and offered training in conflict resolution skills, including negotiation and communication to young offenders. Ms. Diament was also a caseworker at Community Legal Aid and a research assistant for a professor specializing in the area of property law.

Prior to joining Teplitsky, Colson LLP, Ms. Diament practiced at another boutique civil litigation firm in Toronto. Ms. Diament has a view of developing a litigation practice focusing in the areas of corporate/commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, shareholder & partnership disputes and franchise litigation.

Ms. Diament is currently a volunteer at the Pro Bono Child Advocacy Project where she assists in protecting and enhancing the legal rights of children and youth across Ontario.
